I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms felt like a home away from home, and despite being a bit airless at first, the room service quickly provided a pedestal fan to make it more comfortable. The location was a huge advantage, being centrally located with all the sightseeing points nearby and even offering a beautiful view of Kodai Lake. The dining experience was fantastic with a good variety of South/North Indian and continental food that satisfied my taste buds. The service was exceptional, with the staff always maintaining a high level of comfort and going above and beyond - a special thanks to Allavudheen, Prabhu, and Nagaraj for their constant smiles and helpfulness.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the front office staff, especially Mr Nagaraj and Mr Vincent, made sure I had a cozy bed with a sofa and two side tables. The Christmas Eve vibe was lovely, and the services provided by Sathya and Pandian from the travel desk, along with the buggy rides, were great. The location near the lake and market was incredibly convenient, with a spacious resort that was in close proximity to all the attractions. The only downside was the absence of a cooking table despite having a microwave.

The location offers a serene setting near the lake and park, ideal for relaxation. The dining experience was delightful, with well-prepared food. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
